Anchor Hocking Fire King Chanticleer Rooster 8" x 8" Baking Dish Square Ovenware

Offered for sale is a great Mid-Century Modern piece of Ovenware.  This is an 8 inch by 8 inch square baking dish that was manufactured by Anchor Hocking and was produced under their Fire King Line.  The pattern on this dish is "Chanticleer Rooster" and it features a colorful rooster (yellow, green, black, and red) and along with grapes, pears, and cherries.  The decal or decoration is found on two of the four sides of the baking dish and was the norm at that time.  This dish is in AMAZING CONDITION with no chips, no cracks, no discoloration that I can find.  The rooster decal / decoration is 100% intact!  There is a pinprick fleck on the inside of one of the corners but you need to feel it with your fingernail.  It is not visible.  This is one of the nicest pieces that I've offered for sale.  It is shiny and bright and 99.9 percent perfect!  Please see the photos, check my feedback, and ask any questions before making a purchase.  This dish stands about 2 1/4 inches tall and measures 10 inches from handle to handle on one side and 8 1/2 inches from side to side on the other.  The baking capacity is 8 inches by 8 inches.  The bottom of the dish is marked Anchor Hocking Fire King Ovenware - 4 - Made in USA - 8 in.  This is a great vintage piece and you will be quite happy with it.  I found a few other pieces in this pattern on eBay but no square baking dishes.  So, don't let this one get away!!
