Repair cracks and holes in truck and trailer tarpaulins quickly and permanently with the ATG Tarpaulin Repair Kit. The repair set contains multicoloured tarpaulin patches and a tarpaulin adhesive. This allows you to effectively repair damage to the truck tarpaulin and thus shorten the service life.flexible and watertight.
The tarpaulin of your truck has a crack or a hole? This can happen quickly, whether due to your misfortune or the vandalism of others. No matter why the damage occurred, it is important to act quickly so that the tarpaulin does not tear further and you are stopped at a traffic check. With our ATG Tarpaulin Repair Kit you are on the safe side. The multi-coloured tarpaulin plasters and tarpaulin adhesive help you to repair quickly and safely. You repair the damage without additional tools, the tarpaulin remains elastic and waterproof afterwards.
A manual and a product video support you step by step with the repair. So you can also carry out the repair successfully as an inexperienced.
How to Repair Tarps:
- Only use on dry material.
- Avoid temperatures below 10° C and direct sunlight.
Clean the damaged area thoroughly, e.g. with methylated spirits, and remove dust, dirt, grease, etc. from the area. Wait until the area is dry.
Now spread the adhesive thinly and evenly onto the area to be repaired using the brush integrated in the lid until it slightly exceeds the edge of the damaged area. The repair can be done from the inside or outside.
Now choose a colour-matching PVC patch and fix it over the area to be repaired. For an optimal hold, spread 1-2 more layers of adhesive over the edges of the PVC patch.
For larger cracks, we recommend that you apply an additional patch.
Now let the repaired area dry well.

Tip 1:
Apply 2-3 repair coats for optimum durability. Allow to dry between coats. For tarpaulins that are subject to high loads (truck and trailer tarpaulins), thin application on both sides (inside and outside) and multi-layer application is required. Allow to harden for approx. 48 hours to ensure full load-bearing capacity. Not suitable for brittle, brittle or severely torn material.
