    Consistant quality, looks beautiful installed in house. Adds a demention of 'sophistication and class'. Unfortunately item used to be available in store, but because of decrease in use of oak in construction, my local stores deleated. Shipping makes item more expensive, so I tend to wait until I need enough product to equal 'free shipping.'
