Ludlum Model 177 Alarm Rate Meter 3/17/2005

Description

Put Simple I don't Know. It was stored in city hall unused for a number of years. It was working then from the sticker on it homeland defense equipment reuse program from bar code sticker the date 03/17/2005?. outside of device looks good it had dust on it (a lot of dust) I cleaned it off, some scratching and normal marks for old equipment.  I plugged it in and turned it on the alarm sounds and the red light lights up (ok duh push the reset and alarm turns off). Sorry cant be of much more help I know very little about this kind of device.
Unchecked other than it powered up
