The above communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram or fax to Grandinetti Sport at the number 0733/881537, provided it is confirmed, by registered letter with return receipt, within 48 (forty-eight) hours following the sending of the telegram or fax.
3 All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by the Grandinetti Sport Customer Service which will issue a return authorization number (RMA). Once the RMA number has been received, the Customer can return the Product to the following address: Grandinetti Sport Via regina Margherita 15 Porto Potenza Picena 62016 (Mc).
Without prejudice to the possible applicability of mandatory provisions of law for the protection of consumers (as defined pursuant to Article 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185), any dispute connected to these General Conditions will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Macerata.
