    Description

    PETRUS REGOUT MAASTRICHT ( HOLLAND ) "SANA" RARE ORIENT Pattern PLATE 1836
    We are offering a salad plate in the"Sana" Orient pattern by Petrus Regout Maastricht according to mark CIRCA 1836 Pre American Civil War and is some of the first Lusterware I know made.
    The salad plate measures approximately 7 1/4" in diameter.
    The plate has a tan & black scroll pattern on the rim around a central image in tan, white & black of people standing outside with a dog and a bird.
    The salad plate is in very good condition - no chips, crazing or cracks noted! The plate has some utensil scratches & wear on the front pattern including paint loss. There are spots of staining on the back as well as kiln marks and a spot where some material appears stuck to the back. Please look close as pictures are best part of any description.
